• Please have your items clean or neatly folded, free of stains and “ready for the rack” condition. Please no hangers.
• We take in-style (in season) designer clothing for men and women. Clothing must be current, within the last 2-3 years.
• We accept furniture, dishes, lamps, linens, knick-knacks, etc.
• When your item sells, you will receive 40% of the selling price, markdowns are 30 days and 45 days.
• We keep clothing for 60 days, if you want items back, you MUST pick up items within 5 days after consignment period ends. After 5 days clothing will be donated to the charity or our choice. Furniture is kept longer.
• Checks are ready by the 5th of each month, store credit can be used anytime.
